Who will I be sharing the suite with?
Unless you have purchased all seats for the Suite, you will be sharing with other fans just like you who are looking for a VIP experience for the event! It’s important to be respectful of the other guests in the suite that are just as excited to be there as you are.
What facilities are available?
A Firepit Suite ticket includes:
- VIP Priority Parking
- Food and Beverage service to suite
- VIP restroom access
Is parking available?
Yes, we have a limited number of parking passes available. They can be purchased on the event page along with your ticket, unless sold out.
Is catering included in the suite ticket?
No, catering is not typically included in the suite price. You have the option of purchasing food directly from in-suite service or at the various on-site facilities.
When can I expect to receive tickets?
The tickets are digital and will be transferred to you by email as soon as they are available. On occasion, suite tickets are not released until several days before the event date, but rest assured that we will always get your tickets to you in time for your event.
What happens if the event is canceled?
If the event is canceled you will receive a full refund. If the event is postponed, then your purchase will be valid for the rescheduled date.
What if my plans change, can I get a refund?
All sales are final and there are no refunds or cancellations once your order has been confirmed.
